Circle walking and meditation is a core-practice of BaGua internal Chinese kungfu. There are many benefits with regular practice which include improved wellness, body strengthening, and better mobility and coordination. We will discuss proper positioning, breathing exercises, correct methods of practice, and take the time every week to explore this wonderful art.
Bio:
Tom started his martial arts journey in 1991 and since 2001 has specialized in BaGua kung fu. In numerous ways over the years he has personally benefited from the practice of Ba Gua kung fu and wishes to share his experiences with others.
Tom teaches kungfu and lectures on related topics around the tri-state area. Most recently he taught a summer qigong and meditation workshop at Cornell University for staff and instructors.
